This page explains what we do with the information you share with us. In short: we only use it to reply to you.

Data we collect
Through the contact form, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your phone or WhatsApp number, if you give it;
- the subject of your request and your planned dates, if you give them;
- your message.
The form reaches us by email. No account is created on the website.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request and follow it up. You give your consent by ticking the box on the form.
No resale
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred. We only share it with a service provider or partner with your consent, and only for the needs of your request.
Retention period
Provisional
Proposal: 3 years after our last exchange. The data is then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it or have it deleted. Write to us at contact@destination-senegal.com, with your name and the email address you used.
You can also contact the Commission de Protection des Données Personnelles (CDP), the Senegalese data protection authority.
Legal framework
This website is published in Senegal. It follows Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data. The supervisory authority is the Commission de Protection des Données Personnelles (CDP).
Cookies
The website only sets the technical cookies it needs to work: the session cookie and the form security token, created by the Laravel software. They are deleted automatically after two hours of inactivity.
There are no advertising cookies and no audience measurement.
WhatsApp is a third-party service, operated by Meta. When you click a WhatsApp link, you leave this website: your conversations are then covered by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.
